3. Custom Rework Orders
If you’re sending garments or ideas for custom production:
You must own or have permission to send the garment(s) or design
You accept that reworked garments are one-of-a-kind and cannot be exactly replicated
You understand that we may reject a custom design request if it doesn’t meet our creative or ethical standards
No refunds are issued for completed custom work unless the product is defective or significantly different from the approved concept.
4. Wholesale Orders

Allow reasonable production timelines based on order volume and complexity
